Q.When will I receive my order?
A.Most orders are shipped within 48 hours and you should receive an email update when it is shipped with estimated arrival date. If you're missing items or shipments, contact us within 30 days of ship date.
Q.How can I track my order?
A.We will email you with tracking information when your order is ready to ship.
Q.How can I cancel my order?
A.You can cancel an online order within 30 minutes of placing the order. Sign into oyour account and looking up the order number and click cancel on the order details page.
Q.The order arrived damaged. What do I do?
A.If you think a product in your shipment is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately and provide the order number along with your email address and phone number. We will provide you instructions for returning the damaged or defective product to us at our expense and issue a refund or exchange.
Q.How do I return an item I purchased on your website?
A.You can either bring your item to your local store or send it back to us.
Q.What is your return policy?
A.If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your purchase within 365 days when it is presented in saleable condition.
Q.Will I get a full refund when I return my purchase?
A.Returns are eligible for a full refund if returned within 30 days with a receipt.
Q.My order was canceled, so why do I still see a charge?
A.Unfortunately, when an order is canceled you may have a pending authorization which is not an actual charge. If paid with a debit card it could take up to 3 to 5 business days for the authorization to be removed. Credit card authorizations usually take up to 72 hours to remove.
Q.Can I change the size, color, or quantity of my order?
A.Once an order is submitted we do not have the capability to make any changes. To make a change, we would have to cancel the order and replace it with the correct information.
Q.My order shows delivered and I did not receive my package. What should I do?
A.If your package shows delivered and you are unable to locate the package please contact Customer Service so that we can start an investigation. Please be sure to have your order number and tracking number readily available.
Q.How long will it take for my return to be received and a credit issued?
A.Returns can take up to 3 weeks to be processed and refunded. Please be advised this timeframe can take longer during the holiday season.

A.현금영수증은 휴대폰 결제, 무통장입금 결제 이용 시 발급 받으실 수 있습니다. 다만, 휴대폰 결제 이용시에는 휴대폰 대금 납부 후, 휴대폰 명의자에게 통신사에서 자동 발행합니다.
Q.휴대폰 결제란 무엇이며 결제는 어떻게 하나요?
A.휴대폰 결제란 정해진 소액결제 한도 내 휴대폰 SMS로 인증번호를 받고 그 인증번호를 결제창에 입력하여 결제하는 후불제 방식으로 결제대금은 다음 달 휴대폰 요금에 부과되어 청구됩니다.

A.탑승객 영문명은 여권과 동일해야 합니다. 예약 확인/결제에서 변경 신청이 가능합니다.
